Concussion and Vision: Screening and treating persons with persistent post-concussive symptoms

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by mail or email at least five business days prior to a course date in order to receive a refund less a $20 processing fee per registrant. Cancellations submitted within 5 business days of a course date will not be eligible for a refund; however, we will happily issue a credit towards a future course. Refunds will not be available for participants that register, but do not attend the course.
