Cancellations must be submitted in writing by mail or email at least five business days prior to a course date in order to receive a refund less a $20 processing fee per registrant. Cancellations submitted within 5 business days of a course date will not be eligible for a refund; however, we will happily issue a credit towards a future course. If prior notification is not provided to us, refunds will not be available for participants that do not show up to their registered course. All purchases for On-Demand content are final and will not be refunded. In the event of a cancellation by Gold Standard Seminars all registered participants will receive a full refund.
