How late can I register for a live workshop?

You may register online for a workshop up until the day prior; however, we recommend signing up in advance to ensure adequate space. While we permit walk-ins or last minute registrants, we cannot guarantee seat availability.

How do I return to an On-Demand course I have purchased?

Please return to the "Purchase On-Demand" icon for the course. Click on the $ sign in the middle of the video. You will see "Already have an account? sign in". Please click sign in and you will be directed to your purchased On-Demand course. 

How can I get CEUs for On-Demand Courses?

To ascertain CEUs for On-Demand courses you must pass a 10 question post test with a score of 70% or higher. You have unlimited attempts to take the post test. The link to the post test will appear in the bottom right corner of the On-Demand course for the first and last 5 minutes of the course. Please allow 48 hours to recieve your course certificate via email upon successful completion of the post test.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by mail or email at least five business days prior to a course date in order to receive a refund less a $20 processing fee per registrant. Cancellations submitted within 5 business days of a course date will not be eligible for a refund; however, we will happily issue a credit towards a future course. If prior notification is not provided to us, refunds will not be available for participants that do not show up to their registered course. All purchases for On-Demand content are final and will not be refunded.
